Refund Policy

We believe in delivering highest quality of customer satisfaction though our world-class services. In order to ensure it, we offer our customers a very flexible refund policy. Our refund policy has been stated below:

  • If you are not satisfied with our services or the products or services you ordered is not delivered, for any reason, whatsoever,  then you can request full refund of your most recent order within 72 hours from the time you placed the order. 
  • If the work on your order has not yet initiated and no consultant is yet assigned then we will initiate an immediate refund and cancel your order. 
  • In case, the consultant has already been assigned, and partial work performed, then we will process and initiate a pro-rated refund for the remaining duration of the service after necessary internal approvals. It might take up to  2-weeks for such approval process. Once the , it might take 2-4 weeks to reflect on your mode of payment used depending on your payment service provider policies.
  • If you ordered a digital product and it has been already delivered, then no refund will be processed. However, if the digital product was not delivered for any technical reason and your payment is deducted from your payment method, then you can request a refund. Our team will validate all the facts and initiate a refund post validation of facts. If it is found that your product has been already delivered, then any such refund claims may not be entertained and will be rejected as appropriate.
  • On long-term service contracts, more than 4 weeks in nature, we promise to do the best possible to adhere to your concerns and provide a reasonable redressal of your concerns and continue to provide you with best of our services. In case, for any reason, you do want to proceed further, then you will be liable to pay only up to the day you availed the services and any remaining prorated balance from the advance you paid towards a future term will be credited to your account and it can be either used towards future services or can be requested as refund any time as per your decision. 

In all cases, decision of Zen Software Solutions's management will be the full and final authority to approve or reject any refund claims.
